Drawing on her quilting knowledge, Joyce Mori, presents a resource for quilters who want patterns that incorporate Native American designs. She adapts motifs and designs from a variety of cultural areas and presents them as simple patterns that can be traced. Adapting designs from pottery, rugs, beadwork, silverwork, woodwork, and patchwork from Plains, Southwest, Northwest Coast, and Woodland culture regions result in more than 100 examples of quilt designs for the avid quilter. |
